JE the Vandl X The OOUU Pod - Part One
10/11/21 • 42 min
Anyone can be an artist, but everyone can't be JE the Vandl. Artist, designer, rapper, and teacher, Josh Ellis, better known as JE the Vandl, came through The OOUU Pod to tell his story. The Doobie Wrapz Duo met this prodigy in middle school years ago and are reconnecting to discuss all things art - from his canvas. Born in Chicago, raised in PG County, Maryland, and bred in Dallas, Texas, JE has experienced a life full of trials and tribulations that he's transformed into positive motivation for himself to consistently create art, whether professionally or purposefully.
His artwork has been featured in ATL's Trap Museum and he's touched the hearts of various musicians and sports figures, with his art, including Erykah Badu, Eric B & Rakim, and Derrick Rose, just to name a few.
"As an Animation graduate from the elite Art Institute of Atlanta, he truly has an understanding and passion about the arts, which has lead to a higher level of artistry. JE’s art stimulates the
imagination with an original feel that connects with you on a personal level. JE’s first love was always drawing, and before the age of 3, he knew he was going to be an artist when he grew up. With a renewed spirit and urge to make things bigger and brighter."
With this exclusive interview, JE is ready to share his gifts with the world! Check out this episode now! What a conversation!
