Alexis was a health and fitness coach before she decided to make a pivot and change her business to her current niche. After experiencing significant burnout with mediocre results following traditional business advice, she decided to burn it all down and rebuild from a place of true alignment. Just recently, she finished her first-ever launch and in this episode, she shares her experiences, lessons, and her unique perspective.
