Ashlee found her way to marketing and communications via an unconventional mix of Anthropology, Linguistics, and French at Washington University in St. Louis. (All of which influence her current work, believe it or not.)

Before launching her business full-time in 2019, Ashlee worked with nonprofits, including a law school alumni department, an international headquarters of a human rights education NGO, and a county branch of Habitat for Humanity. She also freelanced on the side for many years, not knowing at the time that she was preparing for entrepreneurship.

By combining these experiences with the conscious consumerism movement she was exploring in her personal life, Ashlee discovered brand messaging and marketing strategy and business for good...and never looked back.

She has since worked with over 70 businesses on everything from brand development and media list building to content creation and copywriting, always with values and audience-driven messaging at the core.
