Since childhood Tara Teipel has been driven to finding the truth through spiritual ritual. After 25 years of traveling she craved a way to stay connected to the calm in her life amidst a busy life as a mother, active community member and business owner.

In 2017 she created My Spiritual Ritual, a mission-based company passionate about helping others use spiritual ritual to connect with the sacred in everyday life. Tara is also the founder of The Lemongrass Aveda Spa and Salon in Encinitas, CA.
