1. Vitamin B1 can help improve short long term memory.
2. Emotions can alter our brain chemistry.
3. It has an average of 50,000 to 70,000 thoughts a day.
4. The human attention span is shorter than a goldfish.
5. More than 100,000 chemical reactions take place in the brain every second.

On today's podcast I discuss forgive and forget; I start off by defining the two words.

Forgive is defined as stopping feelings of anger or resentment toward someone for (an offense, a flaw, or a mistake).

Forget is defined as to fail to remember, to inadvertently neglect to do, bring, or mention something, or to put out of one's mind; cease to think of or consider.
