With a great background in the mortgage industry, Jane leads our Ops team here in the Carolinas and is a walking encyclopedia!! We brought Jane in to explain more about what happens 'behind the scenes' if you will - you have seen what Loan Officers do, and heard about the behind the scenes. But Jane goes into high level detail and speaks on what her and her team do off the radar to help your loan get to the closing table!
