After two years and a slow recovery, we see many hotels returning to life including one of Penang's oldest hotels, the Eastern & Oriental Hotel, with its 137-year history.
In this episode, we speak to E&O's General Manager, Alison Fraser, who also happens to be the hotel's first-ever female general manager throughout its history. Get to know more about the hotel and how it slowly recovered from the pandemic and continues to serve guests around the globe to this day.
