How To Be A Better Coach: Learning the Love Language of Your players - Episode 21 - w/Coach Bryn

Often you see situations where a player or athlete thrives in one environment and does poorly in the other.

It may have you saying why is that?

In this episode I am asserting it is because we did not learn that players love language

Now I know some people think it isn't about love its about doing your job, especially in the case of pro sports and while I do believe that has a place you catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar.

So, imagine we learned the love language of our athletes, or just simply took the time to get to know them better you would then see a difference in the output.

We hear about an ROI in terms of stocks but what about ROI in terms of time put into a player.

It costs organizations millions in player development and obviously they are seeing it is paying off.

Take the time to invest in your player and they will in turn show you how much it means to them in their production and leadership.
