In this episode with Kristin Wilson, we delve into a discussion about the importance of community, spirituality, and empathy during the menopausal transition.

Kristin is a the host of the Solidarity Sister! Podcast. Her podcast and corresponding Facebook group are designed to empower women with practical tools for building powerful communities and leaning in through both joy and trauma.

In our conversation Kristin touches on her personal experiences including a goal to read all scriptures before age 12, raising 8 children ranging in ages 5 to 23, coping with her husband's serious health issue during COVID, and the tragic loss of two children from her small community. Kristin knows what it's like to desperately need help and not know how to ask and to see a friend in need and not know how to show up. She is on a journey to figure this out and is inviting other women to do it alongside her.

Kristin emparts her wisdom of the scriptures and its value in providing solace and guidance through life's transitions, including menopause. Our discussion also explores how menopause can fit into a woman's broader spiritual journey, advocating for more openness and support within communities to navigate this phase with grace, understanding and more education.
