Breakups are painful and can be a hard process and move through. But let's not let this painful be a painful experience without a reward. Decide that you're going to grow from this, that you're going to be stronger as a result and that you will be in a better place to receive the love you deserve.
Here are 5 things to do during or after a breakup:
1. Get support: Join a supportive group, reach out to a coach or therapist
2. Find other resources: podcasts, books, music, inspiring quotes
3. Make a list of things you love that you didn't make time for in your previous relationship: Include things that lit you up as a child
4. Allow yourself to feel your emotions as they come up: There is no wrong emotion
5. Gain clarity from the contrast you experienced. Get clear about the relationship you want to attract
