These educators find their success in teaching others about the manufacturing atmosphere. They both find ways to partner with others to help solve problems. “Find a need, fill a need” is what these problem solvers do best. Both industry legends find it important to listen twice as much as we talk for the improvement in finding problems and creating solutions.
