The Living Artist

This episode of The Living Artist is all about reclaiming your power as an artist. Sometimes struggles in life can be used as a catalyst to make change, or to rediscover who you are and what you are here on this planet to do. Preston shares how his recent bout with Covid gave him time to reflect and refocus on what matters and doesn't matter in his life and art. He realized that he had been giving away some of his power and worrying too much about what other people think. And are they even thinking these things at all? Managing our thoughts and what we choose to believe, might be one of the most important practices that we can devote time to. In the words of Marcus Aurelius (or maybe not...) “the happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.” Listen in and rediscover why you are the only artist on the planet who can create with the unique voice, style and perspective that is so uniquely YOU. Enjoy!
