The Liquid Courage Podcast

In today’s episode, Amanda sits down over some Malibu rum and coke with comedian Courtney Gilmour (Just for Laughs, LOL Network, Humour Resources) to discuss her experience on the road performing stand-up, her podcast Rated Ex, and we play Marry-Fuck-Kill-Date with Twilight’s Bella and Edward and Fifty Shades of Gray’s Anna and Christian. Courtney was featured in the JFL42 festival 2 years in a row, she won the JFL Homegrown festival earning her the opportunity to film her comedy set for Kevin Hart’s LOL Network, and she was invited to record her comedy set for The Howie Mandel All Stars Gala airing on The CW Network. NOW Magazine named her “one of the top 10 stage artists to watch” and her solo Fringe show Congratulations! Stories of Achievement, Embarrassment, & Self-Worth debuted at the Toronto Fringe Festival so successfully that the show is now in the works for becoming a published book! Courtney co-hosts the podcast My Rated Ex alongside her real life ex-boyfriend where they review and rate fictional relationships. You can catch her on-screen in Jon Dore’s new comedy Humour Resources on CBC Gem.
