LIKEITORNOT is back! This time we welcome Angel in, owner and operator of Angel’s Cocina, his personal business, where he makes his famous tamales & sells them by the dozen. He also makes his own salsa verde and brought some of that too. Jean-Pierre film and food came through as well to join us and talk shop. He and Angel are not only friends but have worked together in the kitchen and know each other very well. We dove right into who Angel is, where he found his inspiration to start his cooking journey, where he shops for ingredients at and many other golden tidbits of info that only a Tacoma local would love, cause well, they’d understand!
