For us to have a positive impact on the world as changemakers, it’s important to share our truths in a way that aligns our values with world peace. We need to have the emotional intelligence that allows us to accommodate others’ truths without undermining them. So in today’s episode, I’ll be sharing with you the different ways I live my truths in alignment with my mission, and how changemakers can create a peaceful space for everyone else to share their truths.

This week, as I was thinking about being present and what it really means, my mind travelled back to when I took the Master Certified Coach exam. The International Coaching Association, responsible for the exam, talks about five behavioural markers regarding presence, that I want to share with you today. We will explore the concepts of curiosity, partnership, powerful silence, and much more.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

What it means to be present with our employees, our kids, or our coachees

What it means to act in response to the whole person, and not only to who they are or what they say

How we can support the client to be the one who decides what happens in a coaching session

Why sometimes silence is more powerful than a coaching question

Curiosity is an excellent tool in a coaching session, and it is a massive part of being present. But curiosity needs to be contextual, it needs to be based on active listening instead of just being curious. When we are genuinely curious about our clients, it will allow us to know them better, connect more deeply with them, and have a better grasp of their potentiality.

Since we had a massive repercussion with last week's episode about being dangerous, we will build up on this neural-emotional-spiritual activation theme, and talk about quantum changemaking. We will learn how quantum changemaking can help us go from incremental to exponential shifts to create new breakthroughs or even new paradigms. We will also look at the obstructions that stop us from fulfilling our goals as changemakers.

What is the consciousness of dangerousness, and why it is a good place for us changemakers to be

The difference between being dangerous and adding bits of dangerousness to a project

What is quantum changemaking, and the kind of transformation it can produce in our lives, our environment, and our legacy

In the early phases of quantum changemaking, identifying and letting go of what obstructs your energy flows is the first step. It can be limiting beliefs or negative things people say that require us to use lots of energy to keep building ourselves back, and reminding ourselves we are exceptional.

Today, as I sat in the Goddess HQ, the back garden of my house, I came up with the idea of being dangerous. We’ll play with the idea of being as dangerous as holding a powerful, disruptive laser. We will explore the difference between using that laser recklessly, causing damage and pain, or using it with surgical precision, cutting out cancer and other impediments to well being.

But the power can indeed be the power of harming things to ensure a happier, safer, and healthier environment for humanity. When we choose precisely where we want to be dangerous, we can create a super powerful force around that dangerousness.
