In this week’s episode, we talk about stress, how it sometimes pushes us to be dependent on certain substances, and how that could possibly lead to addiction.

Many people get into drinking because of the social aspect of it. Sadly, we still live in a world that makes us think that if you don’t drink alcohol, you’ll never really be part of the “fun group”. This is despite us knowing the damaging effects of alcohol on our health.
Well, Ruari is on a mission to make us realize that alcohol is pulling you away from reaching your full potential in life...

Ruari Fairbairns is the Founder and CEO of OYNB. He is a leading figure in the health and well-being space known for his passionate advocacy for healthier living.
