Nan stepped on the scale one day and realized she had gained 50 lbs thanks to staying in during COVID, drinking wine, and cooking a lot.
When she tried eating smaller portions and exercising every day, she failed to lose even 5 lbs. Within 10 days of starting the skinny shot, she lost 17 lbs. Feeling great, she kept going and is now 30 pounds lighter.
She’s now wearing jeans she couldn’t even get over her waist before, but more importantly, her relationship with food has completely changed.
