Tik Maynard is one of those amazing people who can perform at the highest levels while also holding firm in his horsemanship values. Tik Was on the Canadian National Team 2005-2008 for the Modern Pentathlon (Fencing, Freestyle Swimming, Showjumping, and A mixed- Shooting/Cross country running Event), he was also the winner of the Thoroughbred Makeover Freestyle in 2015 & 2018, and narrowly missed representing his home country of Canada for 3 Day Eventing. He is now also an author, recently publishing the book "In The Middle Are The Horsemen" in which he discusses his horsemanship philosophy and life journey. In this episode, Tik eloquently describes his passion for helping people achieve their horse training goals as well as with their own personal development journey.

Barbara Schulte
Barbara Schulte is a decorated cutting horse trainer, clinician, and author who focuses on the rider's mental performance in order to help them achieve their goals. Throughout her career, she has proven her commitment to excellence, with the help of the Human Performance Insititute which she worked for when she was young. Barbara was inducted into the Cowgirl Hall of Fame in 2012 and spends her time traveling the country helping people become mentally focused on their horsemanship.
