Well, that’s our last episode for now. It’s been quite a ride!!
We set out to communicate all facts and no bullshit when it comes to COVID, and I think we did just that.
We had an absolute blast bringing together Australia’s leading scientists and Doctors along with Australia’s funniest comedians. We learnt while we laughed.
We were absolutely overwhelmed and humbled by the positive response of our experts and comedians giving graciously of their time – thank you so much!
We'd also like to thank their agents and managers who to time out of their busy days to help make this happen.
The world in which we live is so noisy when it comes to information and misinformation. Knowing who to trust and understanding how it might affect you or your loved ones is more important than ever! I hope we helped you sort out some of the facts from the fiction. This was a passion project of myself and comedy Producer Ged Wood and it has been an absolute pleasure to climb this steep learning curve with him! We also must give heartfelt thanks to Socials Manager Brigette Duckworth, Booking Agent Nikki Hamilton, and audio producer Andy Maher, and our funders WEHI, The Burnet Institute and the Peter Doherty Institute. And finally, thank you. Thanks for listening, sharing and supporting this podcast. At our peak, we hit the Apple Australia Charts! Top 3 for Medicine and Top 45 in all health and Fitness. That couldn’t have happened without you. Stay safe, be happy and see you on the other side of this pandemic! Bye for now.
