Ep31. Taking Life Seriously Leaves You With a Life Full of Stress.
The Inner Wealth Podcast03/03/22 • 24 min
Are you taking life seriously? Think about the aspects of life: health, wealth, relationships - are you taking any of these seriously? If so, that's causing you to live a more stress-filled life than necessary. When you let go of any seriousness of life, joy takes its place.
The primary elements of this episode are:
- We take life too seriously, but no one gets out alive.
- Your mind and body die, but your soul/spirit is eternal and infinite - there is no risk whatsoever.
- Letting go of the risk of life and letting go of seriousness allows you to let go of stress and struggle - and joy will take its place.
