No one ever wants to get lost in life, but the vast majority of people get lost at some point. Some people get lost and don't realize it while others eventually realize and wonder how they got there. Lost assumes that there is a plan for your life and a God given destination that we somehow strayed away from.
In this episode, we breakdown exactly how people get lost in life and give practical examples of what this looks like. We give you a clear understanding of how to navigate your life and the eternal senses you have to guide you. Those senses are a sense of direction, a sense of purpose, and a sense of value.
This is an episode everyone should pay close attention to because the worst type of lost is when you don't even know it.
This is the first of a 3 part series on direction in life.

The Impossible Life - 161. Breaking Through Limitations - The Poverty Mindset
play

10/14/24 • 47 min

There are few things that terminate your potential faster than poor thinking. The problem is that we are often unaware of it because it is learned. Poverty thinking will rob you of opportunities and cause you to make bad decisions because it focuses on what you lack. It causes you to focus on the wrong source.
In this episode, we show what the Bible says about poverty thinking and identify some of the most common expressions of a poverty mindset. Many of these thoughts and expressions would not normally be linked to poverty, but we break them down and show you how they impact your decisions.
Most importantly, we go into how to eradicate these beliefs and build an abundance mindset that is founded on the Word of God.

The whole point of our podcast is to unlock your thinking and help you realize the unique greatness God's put inside of you. We are very grateful to get questions and hear from listeners regularly via messages and email.
In this episode, we answer 6 of the most common questions we get as well as common questions people ask themselves, others, and internet search engines. Common questions doesn't mean common answers though. Hear as Garrett shares his answers to these and gives you a new perspective to shift your thinking and challenge the normal thinking so prevalent in our world.
The questions answered are:
1. How do I find happiness?

2. How do I get someone to do something I know they need but they don’t necessarily see?

3. How do I speak God into people’s lives who don’t feel they need God because they have plenty of money or don’t see a need?

4. How do I make marriage work when we’re not on the same page?

5. How do I know if I’m hearing from God or if it’s just me?

6. How do I make better friends?

In this episode, we dive into what impacts attitude and how to take control of yours so you can be the type of person that can overcome any obstacles and fulfill their God-given potential.

The Impossible Life - 36. Identity - What You Believe About Yourself Matters
play

05/30/22 • 51 min

"A man will never rise above the way he sees himself." - Keith Craft
There is no greater determinant of success and where you will go in life than your identity. How you see yourself and who you believe you are will determine your resiliency as well as what you believe you're capable of. It can also limit you and keep you from ever stepping into the possibilities that exist for you in life.
We go deep into what identity is and how to change your beliefs about yourself to enable you to be the best version of yourself and be all God made you to be.
