E9: Questions are the Answer

Effective questioning is a critical communication skill which should be paired with our listening skills. Effective questions allow us to go deeper and discover insights, enabling us to better understand the other person’s point of view, as well as what is important to them. These skills also set the stage for us to be a better resource, mentor, and leader, allowing us to make a difference, influence, and have greater impact on others.
