After recently starting as the Asia-Pacific Brand Ambassador for Bruichladdich and The Botanist (one of only two gins made on Islay), Chloe Wood had a short trip to Australia, where we caught up with her and opened up a broad conversation on topics like: how to bottle where you’re from and tell that story, some of the cultural differences Chloe’s seen across the Asia-Pacfiic region and how to deal with them - and more broadly, permeating through, the passion of Islay and it’s people.
