Surgery Center Services of America, LLC (SCSA)- Is a non-equity-owning ASC development company based in Mesa, Arizona. In the past 30 years, SCSA has developed over 350+ physician-owned ambulatory surgery centers in 47 US states, including projects in Canada.
SCSA ambulatory surgery center projects range from tenant improvements in existing buildings to ground-up construction on a parcel of land. Their projects are designed as simple, single operating room facilities to multiple operating rooms, single-specialty to multi-specialty surgery centers, as well as hospital joint ventures. SCSA has wide-ranging expertise in virtually all aspects of ambulatory surgery center (ASC) development, including, Clinic/ASC development, feasibility assessment, arranging project financing, building/land inspections, healthcare architecture planning and design, project management, equipment sales, equipment planning, operations, staff training, state licensure, Medicare certification, accreditation, Clinic/ ASC consulting services, Certificate of Need applications, strategic planning, marketing, management services, billing services, and payor contracting.
