Dr. Peter Kecskemethy is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO/co-founder of Kheiron Medical, an AI cancer diagnostics company based in London. He is a computer scientist by background and prior to Kheiron, he founded two tech start-ups and was lead developer in two others. Peter did his PhD and post-doctoral research at the University of Oxford in high performance computing and computational statistics for population genetics. Kheiron’s mission is to give a better fighting chance against cancer and its current focus is breast screening. The company’s first product, Mia, has European regulatory approval, and won best new radiology solution for 2019.

Tomer is a Partner & CFO at aMoon, where he leads mid-late stage investments in healthtech companies. Tomer joined aMoon in early 2018 and led several investments including $30M Series C round in Zebra Medical Vision and $55M Series D round in Seer. He is also a board member in PharmaTwoB and Mapi. With 15 years of US capital markets experience, Tomer spearheads aMoon’s Bridge to Wall Street, where he manages the fund’s relationships with major investment banks, equity research analysts and investment funds.
Prior to joining aMoon, Tomer was the CFO & COO of Alcobra, a NASDAQ-listed development-stage biotech company, where he led successful public equity offerings from leading US healthcare funds. Prior to joining Alcobra, he was an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division in New York, where he played a leading role in numerous capital market and mergers and acquisitions transactions. In this capacity, he advised senior management and boards of directors of J.P. Morgan's key U.S. clients, including several S&P 500 healthcare firms. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Tomer worked in Citigroup's Investment Bank in New York. From 2000 to 2003, he served as an economist in the Financial Advisory Unit to the Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces.
Tomer holds a Ph.D. in Finance and Economics (with Distinction) from Columbia Business School and has published a number of corporate finance articles in leading academic and practitioner journals. He also holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) and a B.A. in Economics and Management (Magna Cum Laude), both from Tel-Aviv University.

Phillip Alvelda is a scientist, an engineer, a serial entrepreneur, and an educator. Previously at DARPA, the central research and development organization for the U.S. Department of Defense that maintains the technological superiority of the U.S. military and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he developed sensors that have flown throughout the solar system. Phillip has founded new infrastructure, telecommunications, and media companies, including the DARPA-funded MicroDisplay; MobiTV; TaDa Innovations; and the non-profit Westminster Institute for K-12 Science Education Reform.
He is now the founder of Brainworks, which builds trustworthy intelligent machines, and applies them to solve complex global challenges. The company leverages the latest pioneering discoveries in neuroscience to build more complete, whole-brain AI systems that society can trust with life-or-death decisions.
Alvelda holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Cornell University, and Masters and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in computer science and electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has authored or contributed to more than 50 technical publications and holds numerous patents and a Technical Emmy award from the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences.
