We watched Sacred Cow! In a world where veganism is on the rise and more and more people are making false claims that if we stop eating meat, we can save the environment, society needs this documentary.
It was made by incredible people like Diana Rodgers, James Connolly and Robb Wolf. And guess what? The legendary Nick Offerman even narrates the film! We highly recommend you watch it when it comes out.
Spoilers alert. In the Sacred Cow documentary, they discuss very important topics, such as:

  • Claims that cancer and obesity are caused by red meat consumption
  • Humans don’t need to consume animal products to be healthy.
  • The impact of raising livestock on the environment versus mono-crop agriculture
  • The ethics of eating animals
  • Desertification
  • Regenerative agriculture
  • Why you shouldn't eat that beyond meat burger (we recommend going animal-based instead).

This is not even the full tip of the iceberg. If you're into animal-based eating and want to learn more about regenerative agriculture, watch Sacred Cow as soon as you can!

We did The Lion Diet by Mikhaila Peterson for World Carnivore Month. That means we only consumed meat from ruminant animals, salt, and water for 31 days. We've done the carnivore diet before and generally follow animal-based diets, but this diet took things to another level.
In this podcast, we give our review of The Lion Diet and whether or not we think that this is a diet people should try.
Hope you enjoy the show.

In this podcast episode, we interview Dr Robert Kiltz about fertility and the carnivore diet.
Dr. Kiltz is an accomplished fertility doctor who has gained recognition for his work in reducing the cost of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to one-third of the national average. He has been featured in numerous media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and The Today Show for his groundbreaking achievements in reproductive medicine.
As a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a board-certified expert in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, Dr. Kiltz has established himself as a leading figure in his field. He founded CNY Fertility and has worked as a clinical faculty member at both UCSF Medical School and the University of Syracuse Medical School.
Dr. Kiltz has a passion for the ketogenic/carnivore diet and believes that optimal nutrition is essential for both fertility and overall health and wellness. Drawing on decades of clinical practice, he has discovered that the foods we eat and how frequently we consume them are the primary causes of infertility and many other human diseases. He advocates for a carnivore diet that centers around fatty animal foods, which provides optimal nutrition while avoiding unhealthy carbohydrates, vegetable oils, and plant toxins. He also recommends intermittent feasting, such as eating one meal a day (OMAD).
Dr. Kiltz is an accomplished author and blogger, with a prolific presence in the keto carnivore space. He has published several books, including his most recent collaboration with Maria Emmerich, the Keto for Fertility Cookbook. He also hosts an interview series called Carnivore Conversations, which is broadcast on all major podcast platforms. This show examines how the keto/carnivore diet can improve health and environmental issues associated with the Standard American Diet (SAD).
In addition to his own media channels, Dr. Kiltz is a frequent speaker at fertility and dietary conferences and has shared his views as a speaker at TEDx. He appears regularly on popular blogs like DietDoctor.com and social media outlets. Dr. Kiltz has even launched his own line of grass-fed, pasture-raised, nutritional supplements called Doctor Kiltz Nutritional Solutions.

Which diet is better – a plant-based or animal-based diet? In this podcast episode, we compare these two diets to help you figure out if a plant-based diet really is good for you and if an animal-based diet high in meat and other animal products is better or worse.
We compare various aspects of diet, such as nutrient bioavailability, whether plant foods or animal foods are easier to digest, plant-based vs real meat, and which diet is more ancestrally appropriate – one extremely high in plant foods or one that is high in animal foods like meat, eggs, and dairy.
There were too many aspects to compare, so this is part 1 of "Plant-Based vs Animal-Based Diet". Expect part 2 shortly.
Hope you enjoy the show.

It's World Carnivore Month, and we decided to do The Lion Diet this January to celebrate and to do it as an elimination diet, but is The Lion Diet the ultimate elimination diet?
You have probably heard of other elimination diets like the Whole 30 diet or the standard Carnivore Diet, but which one is the ultimate?
We explore this question in our latest podcast episode.
