STORY ONE: Beverly is Not Appreciated Beverly wants to be appreciated for all her hard work on Thanksgiving. She tries to bring everyone together and be thankful for all her cooking.

STORY TWO: The New Champion Adam beats his brother at something for the first time in his life. Adam chooses to gloat.

STORY THREE: Murray Looks After Marvin Murray wants his brother Marvin to grow up and become more responsible.

Thanksgiving Day 1980-something

Taras & Todd discuss the awesomeness that is Thanksgiving!!! Here is a list of Thanksgiving favorites Bev was whipping up in the opening scene:

Opening scene foods Beverly was preparing:

• Turkey (getting an Karate Massage)
• Yams and Marshmallows
• Broccoli and Cheese
• Mashed Potatoes (serving size for 1 person) or something else?
• Canned Cranberries
• Bread (on the table)

Here's our MUST HAVE list:

• Sweet Potatoes
• Mashed Potatoes AND Gravy
• Canned Cranberries
• Mac N’ Cheese(Todd)Hawaiian Bread (Todd)

We also had to list the things the Goldbergs kids were thankful for: Erica: Bon Jovi’s ass Barry: Darryl Dawkins (basketball for Philly 76’ers) Adam: Harrison Ford he’s Indiana Jones, Han Solo, and a trained carpenter..build them a Gazebo, and he was under-appreciated in Blade Runner.

We talk a little about our own mothers expectations at Thanksgiving.

We chatted about if we have an "Uncle Marvin" in our families:

Todd talks about how his Dad was kind of like Uncle Marvin in regards to his Mom's side of the family....but it wasn't because how his Dad acted, more about how his Mom's family treated his Dad.

Taras said his Uncle Marvin is "Uncle Vic". He said Vic seemed like he was always trying to make sure everyone knew he had more "stuff" than everyone else. Taras says Uncle Vic is still like this today....

Todd mentions that the DeLorean Motor Company is not far from him in Houston (Humble) Texas

Todd and Taras talk more about Thanksgiving dinner...where they usually eat the meal at ans Taras dropped the bombshell that He Dorsn't Eat a Thanksgiving Meal Anymore....WTH?!?!? What's wrong with him, right???

Where as Todd has something he calls "Thanksgiving #2" every year around April. It's exactly what is sounds like. A full on 2nd Thanksgiving every year..cuz if it's sooo damn good, why only do it once???

The DeLorean family vs Adam F. Goldberg:

We said we'd link the spasm John DeLorean's daughter had after she watched this episode.....the scene was where Pop's told Marvin about how he watched the news and the DeLorean Motor Company was shut down...

THAT SCENE caused a BIG UPROAR from John DeLorean’s daughter Kathryn DeLorean Seymour from this episode’s reference to the “situation” John DeLorean got in with the FBI
