In honor of Valentine's Day, we're talking about sex today on The WellBe Podcast! Probably the least fun part of sex is the birth control, but it's also certainly the most important part for most of us.

And this is all true, but, as Meika Hollender, the co-founder of Sustain Natural, a vagina-friendly product company (founded with her dad btw!) points out, you also need to be concerned about the type of condom you use, as many conventional condoms not only contribute to unfair labor practices around the world, but also have the potential to cause cancer.
