Felicia Norwood is the Executive Vice President and President for Anthem’s Government Business Division. Prior to Anthem, she was the Director for Illinois’ Department of Healthcare & Family Services. She held numerous leadership positions in her nearly 20-year tenure with Aetna. Felicia has over 25 years of commercial and government healthcare operations, strategy, and management experience.
