The Future of Development - Dominic Delfino | Strategic Partnerships Manager | Fieldwire
play

Currently, improving jobsite productivity for all AEC professionals by introducing and implementing the best construction software to manage projects. I spent 5 years as a Field & Project Engineer working on large infrastructure projects in the Bay Area and saw first hand how inefficient and chaotic projects can be. There were many ways we were able to track work and documents on these projects with standard enterprise software, but in 2016, I started to see new emerging tech specifically for construction that made software more accessible to the field teams. At Fieldwire, I am able to impact change at a large scale in the industry by working with GCs, Subs, & Engineers to implement efficient and unique workflows based on the project and company restraints. Working with industry professionals (apprentices to executives) from all around the world has given me perspective not only on the construction industry, but allowed me to keep a pulse on the emerging world of Construction Software. If you like construction and you like conversation, let's talk! (July 2021) LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/dominic-delfino-chicago/ Website URL https://www.fieldwire.com/

I love supporting and helping entrepreneurs bring their dreams to fruition, break through barriers, and achieve massive success. I've lived in their shoes since I was 26 and I've been through - and am still on - the roller coaster they are. I've experienced the excitement, pain, grit, and mistakes that come with every entrepreneurial journey. I'm an entrepreneur who has helped start, grow, and sell two amazingly successful waste management companies. One sold for mid-8 figures and the other sold for low-9 figures. I also created and host the "How'd it Happen Podcast" [200+ Episodes] where I explore stories, lessons, and wins with some of the most fascinating and successful people in the world. My new book, "Owner Shift - How Getting Selfish Got Me Unstuck"is a philosophical memoir that reveals the secret to why so many entrepreneurs get stuck and how they can SHIFT to get free once again.
