Strange New Worlds

Star Trek's Strange New Worlds has introduced us to many new characters, and has begun to show us some other more familiar and some beloved characters in new lights. One of those new characters that we grew to love throughout Season 1 has been the character of Hemmer, played Bruce Horak! Bruce joins us this week to talk about the show, his character - Hemmer, and his character arc, the return of the Gorn and much more Trek related discussion. We also come to find out that Bruce, although legally bind, is an amazing portrait painter as you will see on the wall behind him during the course of the interview. We also talk with Bruce about his one man show - Assassinating Thomson, where he paints a portrait of the audience while telling the story, and then auctions it off for charity at the end of the show. It will be at the National Arts Center in Ottawa, Canada on July 26th through the 31st of 2022.
