Before they depart for summer recess in late June, the Justices of the Supreme Court met to hear oral arguments for cases regarding immigration at the Southern border, abortion, and prayer at a high school football game. This week was also noteworthy as it was the last time Justice Stephen Breyer will hear oral arguments before his retirement this summer.
