The Book of Revelation - Introduction
01/05/22 • 14 min
The Book of Revelation is book of graphic metaphors, descriptions of heaven and its heavenly hosts as it brings to light the concealed mysteries of the end times and God’s judgments upon the wicked. We will explore the foundational, doctrines, and belief systems that have been embedded within the Jewish prophetic text that are essential to unlock the keys for divine revelations. The Bible was written so that even though one may be literate they can’t understand the mysteries of God. Theologians and church fathers of the Western Christian World have historically put themselves in the seat of authority, to interpret the scriptures from a viewpoint of cultural superiority and replacement theology. Their doctrines and theological conclusions are foreign to the Spirit that empowered the Jewish apostles and prophets. Consequently, they are not decoding the prophetic script from the perspectives of the Jewish Apostles and prophets.
