1. Is it REQUIRED to go the gym to lose weight?
2. "Should" you go to the gym to lose weight?
Two different questions which may or may not have different answers - let's see how you answer it.
Also, I'll discuss 10 reasons why you might want to go to the gym (or at the very least do "planned" exercise) that will benefit you outside of just, weight loss.
I've also been known to go on tangents so you might learn a little about:
- How to start going to the gym if you want to but find it hard to get started
- Are people judging you in the gym?
- What I would do if I saw someone judging or making fun of someone in the gym
- What I'm paying attention to in the gym when I'm looking at someone work out
