Jade is an IFBB Bikini Pro, Fitness Model, Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Contest Prep Coach who is devoted to helping people build confidence by achieving and surpassing their health and fitness goals. Jade is an honors graduate of the University of Windsor. She grew up playing competitive baseball and figure skating, where she eventually began coaching figure skating. Jade has over 10 years of athletic coaching experience, and 6 years of personal training and nutritional programming. Jade has worked with a variety of clients of all ages and levels of fitness. She has an in-depth understanding of various training and nutrition systems with proven results. She uses a combination of training methods (resistance, conditioning, and weight training) that will keep training fun and be challenging. Jade wants to inspire and encourage other people to be their best, strongest self. Through health and fitness she has helped many build their confidence simply by helping her clients do what they thought they couldn't. Jade's goal is to inspire people to believe that it doesn't matter who you are, or where you've been. It's never ever too late to become whoever you want to be! Hey everyone! It’s HollsBarks and today I’m super excited to be talking with the beautiful and incredibly fit and inspiring Jordan Edwards!! Jordan is 25 years old and is from Orlando Fl. Growing up, Jordan was always an athlete. She was in volleyball, track, competitive cheerleading, college cheerleading, and college track. She has always "worked out" as a byproduct of being so active and athletic with sports, but she never started lifting in a gym until she tore her ACL in college. From that moment, she stopped playing sports and started focusing on making her body healthy. She immediately started seeing changes in her body that she had never seen before and she started posting her progress on her social media. She quickly earned a loyal following and was the go to source for many on questions about her progress. She started getting people that were extremely interested in her method of working out and she found herself giving free advice constantly. It wasn’t long before she decided to get certified in personal training and her career started to take off. Overcoming her ACL injury was the biggest challenge she has ever had to endure and overcome and it changed her completely. This life lesson has allowed her to learn her body. She now feels stronger and healthier. Jordan is now a fitness role model, positive influencer and a new NPC bikini competitor. She has just recently signed on as an ambassador for EHPlabs which has been a major goal of her and she continues to find new ways to grow every single day.

Hey everyone!! It’s Holls Barks here and I’m so excited to be talking today with the beautiful Janna Breslin! Janna is a professional model, Multi published Cover Model, Certified Nutritional Therapist, and NASM certified personal trainer based in San Diego, California. Janna's modeling journey started in 2008. She found her niche with fitness and swimwear when she decided to compete in National Physique Committee competitions and took home 6 winnings in the bikini division. This inspired her to direct her attention on her ultimate passions such as fitness, nutrition, holistic living, and overall well-being. The fitness industry sparked a huge passion turned career choice, quite different than her previous job working as a Pharmaceutical Representative for one of the leading drug companies in the world. The most important and valuable part of life for Janna is being healthy on a cellular level. Her belief is that once someone is nourished on a cellular level, then you can't help but obtain a healthy outside appearance. Janna follows a micro-nutrient dense diet without any gluten, grains, dairy, soy, sugar, caffeine, processed or GMO foods, which fills her diet with organic whole foods. A majority of her time is spent listening to alternative medicine webinars to gather the newest and most up to date information to share with family, friends, and clients. Living an active lifestyle out of the gym is just as important for Janna. Some of her favorite activities include walking her dog, hiking, backpacking, biking, tennis, golfing, swimming, and hot yoga. With a passion for travel, she makes it a point to travel to a different part of the world at least annually. Janna is now living her dream in sunny San Diego pursuing fitness and swimwear modeling full force!
