The Fit Parent Project was created specifically to focus on the idea of parents getting the self-care they deserve through health and fitness sustainably so they can live the life they want not the life they’re settling for.Getting in shape is a challenge in and of itself. Let alone trying to get in shape during the highs, the lows, and the chaos of parenthood. Especially when between the guilt and the stress alone that kids just feel like they add a whole other dimension to even the simplest of tasks. Sometimes it feels impossible when all you hear is “we all have the same 24hrs in the day” when our 24 hours looks so much different than those without kids. It can be done though, is it harder? Absolutely. Is it worth it? Absolutely. And as parents, we often put ourselves on the backburner because we feel like that makes us better parents to the alternative. When in reality, the truth is, that self-care isn’t selfish. I’ve helped hundreds of parents get away from the unsustainable fad diet and exercise culture and create customized plans that are maintainable long-term and in this podcast, I’d like to share some of my best tips, tricks, and information that you can apply to your own journey and life!Each podcast episode is filled with action steps and mindset shifts dedicated to the idea that parenthood doesn’t have to be martyrdom and that we need to fill our own cups to be the best parents we can be.Stop saying you can’t and start listening to how you CAN by listening to The Fit Parent Project.

TALK ABOUT GOALS! 👏 At 49, Jessica Baughman is 15lbs down, waist snatched, & abs coming in! 🤯


Before we started working together she had tried cookie-cutter programs and routes that ended with no progress and were a nightmare.


She was eating way less food than she is now.


She had felt overwhelmed at where to start and hadn't seriously lifted weights in over 30 years.


She wanted to look and BE strong and fit!


She wanted to focus on building her core strength, arms and lower body.


She wanted to look and feel her best coming into the next decade because she KNEW it was time to get ahead of things so she could feel strong, healthy, and with minimal pain instead of weak and frail like what tends to happen as people age due to the effects of sarcopenia.


She decided it was time! 🔥


And because she made the decision to invest in herself she's now:


15lbs DOWN!


Massive amount of inches down, especially in her midsection!


Love handles, bye bye! 👋


Abs are coming in!


Glutes brought up (definitely check the 3rd photo in the comments)!


The strength and energy she has now doesn't even compare to before she embarked on this journey!


Her mindset, stronger than ever.


And she did this all while even working a desk job.


It CAN be done! 👏


And she isn't even finished!


Because now we get to start our reverse diet (yay more food) and building phase 💪😎


I am so proud of her and the progress she's been able to make happen through putting in the work in such a short period of time.


Massive congrats Jessica! It's been such a genuinely awesome time getting to work with someone who shows up like you do!


Let's goooo! Proving that consistent work with a solid game plan will take you far!
