The Fishbowl: Eyes on Education

Chris is solo in The Fishbowl from a hosting perspective, but he has two very familiar guests to the Fishbowl with him, Dan Quisenberry and Alicia Urbain, from Michigan Association of Public School Academies. Chris, Alicia, and Dan discuss some big news from this weekend regarding return to school plans.

Back in May, Detroit Public Schools Community District announced they were raising the starting salary for teachers by 33% to just over $51,000. Chris and Tim discuss what this means for DPSCD and the entire sector of public education in Southeast Michigan.
