With the weight of the salon responsibilities that has to be covered on a daily basis in order to maintain a successful business none of those things can be accomplished without you! It’s so easy to get burned out, frustrated and overwhelmed as a beauty professional. There’s been several times I have wanted to throw in the towel and give it all up. This podcast will provide why it's important to take care of you first so you can show up as your best self in the workplace for your clients.
