In this Episode we are talking to Resham - an introvert who enjoys talking to people about it. Despite being an introvert, she has a natural passion for people and seeing them flourish both at work and in their personal lives. Resham believes in the law of attraction and is a life-long learner, always looking for ways to improve her communication skills and leadership abilities. As an introvert, Resham recognizes the importance of face-to-face connections, and balancing work and personal life, while also being aware of her behaviour around others. Resham's introspection and awareness of her personality type have allowed her to become an effective leader and coach, enabling her to adapt her communication style to individual team members, including those who may need more time or space before receiving feedback.
