Why did you start this show?

I started podcasting in March 2016 while I lived in Chile, South America. My goal with podcasting was to reach an audience of 1 million listeners. I have achieved this already two years ago! I taught English while I lived in Chile and I wanted to keep in touch with my students when I moved back to Australia. Starting an 'online channel' like podcasting, was one way to do it.

What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?

This podcast is for non-native speakers looking to build their confidence in speaking English, whether for traveling or working with native speakers.

How did you come up with the name for your podcast?

It needed to sound simple for my audience to understand what it is about. That's how English Made Simple started.

Tell us a bit about yourself

I've got an interesting background. Originally from Serbia, moved to New Zealand with my family in 1995, then relocated to live in Melbourne Australia in 2008. Lived in Chile for a couple of years before finally settling in Adelaide, Australia. You could say, I'm a global citizen. I started podcasting in March 2016 while I lived in Chile, South America. My goal with podcasting was to reach an audience of 1 million listeners. I have achieved this already two years ago!
