RB Leipzig return to Bundesliga action on Sunday against Eintracht Frankfurt on home soil.Liverpool advance to the quarter-finals of the Champions League courtesy of a 2-0 win over RB Leipzig this evening, securing a 4-0 aggregate triumph. Goals in the second half from Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane were enough for the Reds to overcome the German outfit, who were underwhelming for the majority of the contest. Alexander Sorloth had Leipzig's best effort when he struck the bar, but other than that Julian Nagelsmann and his team had a game to forget.FULL-TIME: LIVERPOOL 2-0 RB LEIPZIG (4-0 AGG)so there will be no Barca in the last eight, but last year’s runners up are through and, with a bit of luck for Pochettino, Neymar will be fit by the time those games roll around. It’s all over in Paris, and PSG have progressed 5-2 on aggregate. After a thrilling first half, Barca could just not find a way through in the second half, but even if they had scored, they would have needed to repeat it another two times without conceding even to force extra-time. As it is, Messi’s penalty miss on the stroke of half-time probably signalled the end of Barca’s comeback hopes. FULL TIME: PSG 1-1 BARCELONA (5-2 ON AGGREGATE).That’s all for now.
