In this episode we speak with Dominic McGregor who is the co-founder of global social media agency, The Social Chain. Dominic co-founded the business with Steven Bartlett in 2014 and grew the business to over 500 staff before publicly listing the company on the Dusseldorf stock exchange in 2019 with a valuation of over £250 million. Dominic was also hired by the government as an advisor to the cabinet Office on their use of Social Media. Most recently he has co-founded a multi million pound fund called fearless adventures to help grow the next generation of direct to consumer brands in the UK. Dominic describes what he looks for when investing in businesses and also discusses some of the pros and cons of taking on external investment.
