‘Character over cover drive’, no rugby memorabilia & work-life balance

The third episode of The Eddie Jones Coaching Podcast sees the England head coach and RFU director of performance Conor O'Shea talking about the importance character over talent, developing a work-life balance and how to deal with pressure.

Jones reveals why he has no rugby memorabilia at home, talks through his usual schedule for a Test week and why Match Of The Day is his favourite TV show.
