Trying to bounce back from swimmer's ear, getting knocked out in round 2 of the Disney Pod Battle, and fighting off a little cold... consider this episode my Michael Jordan flu game of my young podcasting career. Apologies in advance for my voice being pretty pathetic for the majority of this episode, but having to skip an episode a couple weeks ago because of swimmer's ear stung way too much, and I didn't want to have to do that again this quickly. So here we go! I am here, scratchy/raspy voice and all to bring you guys little "Get to Know Me" episode based on a post I was sent and then put up in my Instagram stories this past week. Thanks to everyone that not only put up with me asking you for you votes, but then for actually going through with it and taking the time to find the right place to go and show me your support. It really did feel amazing to know that many of you had my back! I cannot thank you all enough! I can only hope after this banged up voice recording you are still willing to stick with me going forward from here too. Thanks again!

I was very bummed out when I had to miss putting out a new episode last week due to being on the shelf with swimmer's ear. I was very excited and rejuvenated though this weekend after seeing how many news stories, official updates and release dates were announced by Marvel at the San Diego Comic-Con event this past weekend. I had to do a quick last minute pivot and change the episode from reviewing Ms. Marvel to covering all these new updates, but we will get to that review within the next few weeks for sure. If you are a Marvel fan this was a cannot miss news update for sure.

On this weeks episode, in an attempt to make leaving a review for the podcast more worth your time (and hopefully more fun) as a listener, I volunteered to Ron Burgundy myself on tonights episode.
