Program at the Community Action Agency of New Haven and links up with a father (Michiel Estep) who after attending the program, fully understands the significance of his role as a father. He is committed and determined to be the best father that he can be. The program has helped him to better understand that it all begins with the discovery of self, the discovery of who he is as a man. In this process of self-discovery, Michiel finds out that he has the ability to not only change his life around for the better, he can also help other fathers who are in situations similar to his.
