Tracking your food doesn't have to be thought of as "obsessive" or "unhealthy." All we're doing is trying to bring awareness to what you're trying to accomplish. We need to know data, amounts, trends, patterns... all of that fun stuff.
It's not unhealthy to track your finances if you're trying to get into a better spot, and it's definitely not unhealthy to track your food if you're trying to accomplish a certain goal.
