THE CRYPTO PONZI SCHEME AVENGER

[00:00:00] Danny de Hek: Hello, beautiful people. How are you doing? I’m Danny de Hek. Thank you for pressing play and listening to my video. I got to be in the New York Times. I got a whole page on Danny de Hek busting Ponzi scheme that they called me the Crypto Ponzi Scheme. Avenger, what a name. And that means I’ve actually gained some followers while people who subscribe to my YouTube channel.
[00:00:25] Danny de Hek: So thank you so much. If you’re one of those people, and you may not have seen my videos before, I record them like I’m live streaming. And then I upload them later on. I don’t like editing much. I’m also dyslexic. So if you read my show notes and look at the timestamps, cuz you might wanna jump forward to the part you wanna watch, then you might find some spelling mistakes.
[00:00:47] Danny de Hek: And I really love people who comment on my videos. It’s your your choice. You can comment on this video and tell me what you think and if you hit the thumbs up button that tells YouTube you like my videos and it sends it out to the masses. And then I can help name and shame these people that are running Ponzi scheme.
[00:01:05] Danny de Hek: And that’s my main goal. My goal at the moment is to be a full-time YouTuber and it’s not easy becoming a YouTuber. So I really value having you here. Now I’m gonna tell you a little bit of a story about something that happened last Friday that was before I was famous in the New York Times. Had a young fella from an SEO company telephoned.
[00:01:25] Danny de Hek: Now, if you’ve got a small to medium sized business and you have a website, you’re probably experiencing the same thing I’m experiencing. You get in emails every day from people. I delete these emails. The same people email me in two days time asking me if I had a chance to read their emails. So when someone tele phones me based in New Zealand where I’m from and claims that they can do the SEO for my website and don’t really understand my business or have they really researched my business it really annoys me.
[00:01:58] Danny de Hek: So this is the splash screen that we’ll be doing today, website design and development companies. Sorry I said that wrong. Website design and development SEO companies. Are you being exploited? Is SEO a scam? Now I’m pretty aggressive to anyone that claims they can do my SEO, but. I take a lot of my SEO for granted because I have some good practices when I’m doing new content now I am everywhere.

[00:00:00] Danny de Hek: I’m recording now. We’re live. Rob.

[00:00:03] Rob Woolley: Hi, my name’s Rob. And your name is Ronnie. Oh, not the Hi Ronnie. AKA

[00:00:11] Danny de Hek: Danny. Yeah. No, I’m Danny de Hek. Yes.

[00:00:15] Rob Woolley: Yep. Sorry, we’re starting this video a little bit late because Danny’s head was so big. We had to widen the door to get him in tonight, where I shave my eyebrows.

[00:00:24] Rob Woolley: He, he was in the New York Times yesterday. Was I? Yes.

[00:00:28] Danny de Hek: What didn’t you tell me? You told me. Oh yeah. Sorry. I woke up. Thought it was a dream.

[00:00:35] Rob Woolley: So we are gonna be talking about everything, HyperNation, HyperVerse, HyperFund, Hyper HyperBole, even Hyper HyperBolic, whatever that is. Rhetorical devices, we’re gonna use them all.

[00:00:47] Rob Woolley: But actually what we are gonna do is I’m gonna ask Danny cuz I haven’t been, I haven’t been surfing the Hyper highway of news on what is all up to date on HyperNation in particular. So, Danny, Danny, Danny, Danny, Danny, what have I missed out on in the last four weeks? Well,

[00:01:08] Danny de Hek: brace yourself. People are now living in the, in the EcoSystem.

[00:01:13] Danny de Hek: No way. Nah, it’s a joke. . No, that’s such thing is it? I know.

[00:01:18] Rob Woolley: Efi, do you know? Did I heard the other day I shot you? Not I heard the other day. Right? There’s actually many HyperVerses. Even roadblocks, which my daughter plays is actually a not, No, not a, not a HyperVerse. A MetaVerse. Oh.

[00:01:34] Danny de Hek: Well, I think I, I don’t play games at all.

[00:01:36] Danny de Hek: I hate games. And I think the gaming people have been doing the MetaVerse stuff for a long time. Mm. And I think the whole thing is bringing the, the 50 year old plus people into the gaming world, because I actually, when I listen to all the stuff that’s going on with HyperNation at the moment, I actually, it sounds like a game.

[00:01:54] Danny de Hek: And they’ve just bought themselves a ticket for an arcade

[00:01:56] Rob Woolley: game. It certainly does sound like a game. I’m not too sure anybody’s winning from that game so far, but HyperGame. It, it is. Yeah. It’s a hope a it was like a squid game, but without squid. No, it’s like a gambling. Yes. So any, Anyway, anyway, the last, the last I got involved, they, they were trying to get everybody their one X back.

The Kiwi YouTuber Taking Down the Crypto Scammers from his Christchurch Home by Radio New Zealand

It was an email from a friend offering a investment opportunity he couldn't turn down that transformed Christchurch man DANNY : DE HEK into a self confessed Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger.
Since that email de Hek has produced more than 130 videos taking apart the crypto currency investment, which he calls a dangerous and deceptive scheme. Recording from his Christchurch home he has caught the attention of the those pushing the scheme, including death threats, and his efforts have also been profiled in the New York Times.
Danny says the whole thing is a typical multi level marketing scam, but because it uses the blockchain it makes it much harder to track down who is in charge, leaving those on the bottom, some of who have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars, with nothing.
