In every mind, there are several beliefs, ideas, thoughts and perceptions - to name a few. Wouldn't it be great to have the opportunity to speak with the brightest minds on these? To business experts about your business idea, to psychologists on a doubt or wondering on human behaviour, to sports experts on their opinions and why they are as such. Join me, Akash Basu, as I attempt to do just that. On The Confine Vaccine podcast, I will explore all sorts of ideas, without being confined to one area or niche of conversation. The world is constantly changing and we're changing along with it. You're not going to be the same person you are in 5 years as you are today. It only makes sense that we channel these changes and our growth into areas where we as individuals feel we need it most.
On episode 3 of the podcast, I speak individually on my interpretation of what self-improvement implies. Whereas some may see self-improvement as the process of becoming a 'better' version of yourself, I see it as a way to be more self-aware about our own development and act according to its betterment.
