She has played a large part in Hmlet's massive growth in the past two years, but now focus's & runs the Member Experience Team (previously known as Hmlet Community) in all countries, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia. Rachel has enjoyed coliving for the majority of her adulthood, beginning in Dubai 10 years ago where Cabin Crew are placed into coliving apartments all around the city. It was this experience that has helped shape her vision for the community & member experience journey & the ability to anticipate needs in a global setting. Today Rachel will be sharing Hmlets challenges & success stories during the Covid-19 Pandemic, ensuring their members' happiness is their first priority & how she and her team have helped design and grow a happy and strong community, globally!
