You’re inundated with responsibilities... You have a demanding career or business... You navigate high pressure, high stakes situations on a regular basis... You’ve always got at least 15 different plates that you’re spinning at any given time – not just professionally, but quite possibly in your personal and home life as well.

However, the REAL reason for constant overwhelm that never seems to go away is within us – the programmes that are running at the subconscious level – completely outside of our awareness.

The money is good... life is not!

Most people think, if I just force myself to do the things that I need to do I’ll become the person I want to become just through sheer grit and repetition of those behaviours.

So we knuckle down, grin (or not) and bear it, yet wonder why at the end of the day we either fail in our attempts at change, or worse still, achieve success only to be met with an overwhelmingly empty and sinking sensation of “oh, is that it....?!”

Under these kinds of circumstances it’s easy to see how people lose motivation and inspiration...and who could blame them? After all, if, at the end of the process, you’re still the very same person with the same thoughts and feelings as you were at the very beginning, then what exactly is the point of it all in the first place?
